🎃🎃 Season's recipe 🎃🎃

JACK BE LITTLE PUMPKIN, MONT D'OR AND MUSHROOMS

  • 🫕40 min cooking
  • 🎚️ Level : easy
What you need (for 4 Comfyballers).
  • 1 jar of HUGO pickles in vinegar
  • 4 Jack be Little pumpkins
  • 120g Mont d'Or cheese
  • 120g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 shallot
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
How you do it.
  1. Wash the pumpkins. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Put the pumpkins in and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the shallots, rinse and dry the mushrooms. Mince the shallot and cut the mushrooms into thin strips.
  3. Sauté the shallot in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the mushrooms, sauté and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  4. Cut the top of each pumpkin and remove the seeds and hollow out the core with a spoon. Be careful not to pierce the bottom.
  5. Garnish each pumpkin with mushrooms, add Mont d'Or and season generously with pepper.
  6. Place in the oven for approx 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the pumpkins with cold cuts and the HUGO pickles.
